Since all our mattresses are made with 100% pure materials, finest fabric and professional craftsmanship and every mattress is made by hand on order we strive to deliver the best mattress every time. Hence, we do not accept any returns after you buy the mattresses.

However, our policy does allow us to accept returns only in the scenario of any manufacturing defects that occurs 101 days after we ship the mattress to you. If 101 days have gone by since your purchase and the mattress seem to be in best of conditions, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only and only after the completion of the 101 trial days any return requests will be processes as we humbly request our useres to try the mattress for 101 days. Based on scientific research an average human body takes about 3 weeks to get used to any new substance. textures or objects.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 In the unlikely event of the mattress being shipped should contain a manufacturing defect, it will be either repaired to its full capacity or will be given a new mattress depending on the severity of the mattress, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To avoid the above confusion, we do allow a grace period of 24 hours to cancel your order, in which case you will receive a full refund in 5 to 6 business days.

Return Policy for Pocket Friendly Mattresses

 

The sole responsibility of returning the goods lies with the customer/purchaser only, however if they do not have any means to ship it back we may provide the shipping solution on the condition that the shipping costs are to be undertaken by the customer/purchaser themselves.

 

The return will be entirely based and validated if it has any manufacturing defects and any defects in its assembly or craftsmanship only. The materials used in the mattresses are duly laid out in the “know your mattress” section, where the consumer has the entire knowledge and is being made aware of the materials. Hence it is usually it is advised that the consumer should look these items up and on top of that when any order is placed, the consumer is contacted and is made sure the consumer is fully aware of the materials themselves, if not they are encouraged to book an one on one session where the materials will be explained either at our workshop or the consumers residence. Therefore any returns made under not liking the product will not be entertained.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Since the pillows are manufactured by different firms across Hyderabad, we can only give you warranty, and guarantee provided by the product manufacturer itself. However, we do take it on our part if the pillows shipped to you turns out damaged in any physical form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not manufacture these pillows rather we sell them from various manufactures.

Sunkraft Innovations ("we" and "us") is the operator of
(https://www.safirabeds.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this
Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure
both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect
and set expectations on our service.

1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of cost within the city limits of Hyderabad, Telangana. Outstation ordered needs to pay for a third-party logistics supplier.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Sunkraft Innovations will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long
as a request to return is received by us within 100 days of receipt of item and
are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
(Sunkraft Innovations) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT
refund the value of any shipping paid.

This may not be valid for highly custom mattress orders.

3.2 Warranty Returns
Sunkraft Innovations will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a
the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. The products must be in their packaging and should be deemed resellable/salvageable by our management. This may not apply for highly custom Mattress.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will
reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Sunkraft
Innovations to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 31 days. This
varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer
a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment of order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except
on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Sunkraft Innovations will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service uses courier services.


4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before
dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we
await this item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with the next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax (GST)
GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the
website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid.
Sunkraft Innovations pre-calculate these costs and display them at checkout and
give customers the choice of pre-paying these duties and taxes, or choosing to
pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. Sunkraft
Innovations encourage customers to pre-pay duties and taxes as pre-paying these
will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subject
to delays at customs at their destination country.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Sunkraft Innovations at the customers
expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid,
minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not
be refunded.

8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. The above is applicable for pillows and protectors only. For a full custom mattress once we start building it you CANNOT cancel the order. If the situation arises the need for cancellations of custom mattresses we try our best to resolve the matter internally.

9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim. If within our powers allow us such acts.
