In these hard times, we are trying everything possible to make sure our products and our facilities are safe for both our employees and customers. Even though the lockdown is over the fight with this virus isn't.
Following are some guidelines we’ve taken to make sure we do help prevent further spreading of the virus.
Temperature checks on all our employees daily are standard ensuring only our fittest staff is here to help you deliver the best of service. Any irregularities during this first step will be dealt with immediately.
The second step of our employee screening checklist also includes compulsory face masks, where all our employees are required to wear the mask at all times when on the premises and when dealing with our customers. Washing of hands often is encouraged and hand sanitizers are made available for both customers and employees to use. Minimising contact will be our utmost priority, but whenever handling goods becomes necessary we will have those goods sanitised to the fullest extent.
Every Morning we clean and sanitise our facility to the highest standards making it a safe place for our esteemed customers.
For our online services of custom mattresses, where our representative will arrive at customers house for a demo, we encourage them to wear facemasks all the time and avoid touching unnecessary objects in their households. Serving water to our salesperson is a welcoming gesture, but, during trying times like these we urge our customers not to do so.
